Dear Bishop Family -

This week I had the chance to live our Catholic mission and served as a volunteer in a

pre-k/kindergartners' class as a VBS teacher at St. Mary Catholic Church in Tampa. It was the most wonderful week shining God’s light onto the young children and making them disciples. It was especially special to serve among Bishop students, Emily Jolly (‘25) and Noel Pelloni (‘25). 

I would like to wish a Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers this weekend, please cherish your time with your family.

Awesome Scholarship News!



Last evening (June 15, 2023) we were informed that the scholarship award amounts for the state offered scholarships are now available. Therefore, for those who have submitted the required screenshot of your SUFS scholarship award with the award amount and award ID number, we are now able to credit your FACTS Tuition Agreement for the full amount of the award. This means your July payment WILL reflect the scholarship award amount supplied to us (not the one in your EMA account, which is an estimate based on 2022-2023 award amounts). SUFS will be notifying you either through EMA or email of your actual award amount. We will be using the award tables supplied to us from Step Up For Students.

To ensure the safety of our students, all volunteers must complete the three requirements below.

Each volunteer will need:

1. A Volunteer Application Form: Click here
2. Background/Fingerprinting. Background and Fingerprinting can be scheduled by the volunteer applicant at: https://dosp-scheduler.fingerprintlocations.com/landing (BMCHS does not pay for this.)
3. CMG Safe Environment Training. CMG training is located at https://stpetersburg.cmgconnect.org/. Please email certificate to marketing@bmchs.com.
