Community
Service Hours
Students:

Community Health Alliance is a federally qualified health center proving comprehensive health services to all. We are open Monday-Friday 7am-6pm and are looking for compassionate, motivated students who want to get some experience or want to help the community by volunteering their time. They will have to plan in advance since they will need a TB test. We cover the cost of that but the results take about a week. It’s a simple blood draw. We also ask for a parent permission slip.
If you are interested, please contact Sierra Kelly at sierrak@chanevada.org or call 775-336-3079.

The Community Health Alliance is hosting their annual Wine and Ribs fundraiser on Saturday, August 24th at 5pm at Idlewild Park. They need volunteers to assist with set up, selling raffle tickers, and showing guests to their tables. This would be a great opportunity gain service hours.
Contact Jane Festa at 775-336-6061 or at jane.festa@bishopmanogue.org for more information.

Parents:
