Campus Ministry Department Update
Families of Bishop Manogue,

I wanted to share with you some of the exciting changes to our Campus Ministry Department.

Campus Ministry provides opportunities for students, staff, and parents to engage with Jesus Christ and grow in their faith. Opportunities include practicing the Sacraments, prayer, retreats, service, and pastoral care.

In years past, we have had a single Campus Minister who partnered with our Chaplain to provide these opportunities. This year, every teacher in our Religion department will play a meaningful role in one aspect of Campus Ministry and will partner with our Chaplain, Fr. Tom Nelson. We hope that this will allow for greater collaboration and support of Campus Ministry activities.

We also have a new Campus Ministry office across the hall from the Counseling office. This office will be a place for students to congregate in fellowship while also providing a dedicated location to launch the many Campus Ministry efforts the school deploys. I encourage you to visit the Campus Ministry office at Back to School Night to meet Fr. Tom. and see our new and improved space!

Please keep us in prayer as we strive to enhance our ministerial efforts at BMCHS.

Matt Schambari
