Beachwood Middle School Enjoys U.S. Air Force Flyover
Captain Anthony Sapell, A United States Air Force C-5 pilot, made a special tribute to his roots this week, conducting a flyover of his former school following his performance at the Cleveland Air Show. Captain Sapell, a 2012 Beachwood High School graduate, maneuvered the massive aircraft over the school as a salute to his hometown. The flyover, which thrilled students, staff, and local residents, was a highlight of his participation in the renowned air show and coordinated through Captain Sapell’s former teacher, Mr. Jason Hill. We appreciate Captain Sapell’s skill and pride in his community.
