Stay in touch with your chapter members during the holiday season. Send Email communication to your chapter members and keep chapter continuity, build more trust and credibility and keep your chapter's lifeblood alive and well.

Wish them well, encourage them to have one-to-one meetings,
and keep BNI activities moving forward.
This will help keep attendance in check,
members connected, and chapters in good health.

Treat BNI as a business. Make it a part of
your marketing strategy goals.
Set 2022 goals for your chapter.

PALMS REPORTS

NOTES:
If your chapter does not meet during the holiday season,
you may go into the PALMS report and select Holiday then submit.

If you choose Holiday, the data will be pushed
to the next week's meeting. If you choose to do this for the next two weeks' meetings then the date will not count in December.
You must submit the PALMS report to close it out.

So you may also choose to submit and close out
your PALMS report instead.

Either way, be sure to submit your PALMS report within
24 to 48 hours after each BNI meeting.

Don't forget to submit your reports before the
end of the 2021 year,
even if your chapter does not meet.
If you DO NOT submit your PALMS report, the data
will not be collected and
the data will not move to TLR
(Traffic Lights Report through Reporting To You).
MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE MEMBERS
7-MONTH CHECK-INS
The 7-Month Check-In is a powerful way to make sure the member is on track to be successful through BNI. It gives the member an opportunity to provide valuable feedback and allows the membership committee members to provide coaching and education if needed.
ATTENDANCE CHAIR & VICE PRESIDENT

Make sure the chapter attendance chair is providing the Vice President with the weekly attendance reports.

The Vice President will then enter the attendance report findings into the PALMS report weekly.

If a BNI member is absent, the member will receive an automated email through the "Engage" software of this absence. Please remind the members that they will receive a letter if they are absent.

BNI Membership Fee Increase
January 1, 2022
 
As of January 1, 2022,
BNI membership fees will cost
$599 for an Annual Membership Fee
(This is a $1 per week or $4 per month increase)
and $299 for the Application Fee
 
Members can alert the membership committee if they want to save and renew early, before Jan 1, 2022. Visitors can save $100 if they apply and are accepted before January 1, 2022.
