Voters' Guide
As a service to our readers, The Business Monthly has asked Howard County Board of Education candidates running in the 2020 Primary Election to provide responses to a short questionnaire. This Voters’ Guide includes only the candidates running in the primary election. Mike Sheer, candidate in Council District 4, suspended his campaign after the official ballots had been printed. Julie Hotopp, candidate in Council District 4, is running a write-in campaign and will only be participating in the General Election cycle.
