This month we will be discussing the impact of COVID on our friendships and the role of Optimism. Can we maintain friendships over time even if we don't see others? Are we making use of phones, Zoom and iPads to connect with others? Are we seeing the bright side of our lives or the sadness and fears of Covid? Can we change our views in order to become more optimistic?
