THE FEDS SPENT $1.9 TRILLION - NOW WHAT? DON DAVIS OF BOMA INTERNATIONAL GIVES US THE SCOOP
Earlier this year the Federal Government enacted the $1.9 Trillion American Rescue Plan of 2021 to accelerate state and local governments' recovery from the pandemic.

In June, Don Davis of BOMA International spoke to our Government Affairs Committee, giving insight into the distribution and down stream impacts the American Rescue Plan will have. Mr. David also spends time on California specifically and how Sacramento's decisions will affect Orange County and the CRE industry at large.

Did you know California received the most allocation of funds of any state? And how does the Fed plan to pay for all this? You may be surprised.

BOMA INTERNATIONAL RELESES GUIDELINES FOR EV CHARGING STATIONS IN CRE PROPERTY

You've decided EV Charging stations are the next step for your property. Now what? BOMA International has released a policy brief detailing key considerations when purchasing EV Charging stations.

Electric vehicles are surging into the marketplace at an accelerating pace, leaving infrastructure to support EVs in the rear view mirror. Many EV-related companies are out there pushing their game, with local and state governments rushing mandates through simultaneously.

This means we all have to take a step back, think and focus on the mid and long term considerations when moving forward with an EV Charging program. Click HERE to learn more.
