Payment schedule:
A 50% deposit is due upon receipt of invoice.
Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation policy:
A deposit refund is provided 60 days prior to arrival date.
After 60 days, the deposit will be applied to a reservation for the following year.
