Description:
Who said play therapy must take place indoors? The outdoors is nature’s biggest and most therapeutic play therapy space. Moreover, it is free. Ask an occupational therapist and you will learn that outdoor play has many therapeutic benefits. Specifically, the outdoor provides the opportunity to improve gross motor skills, coordination and physical strength. Additionally, outdoor space promotes curiosity, creativity and problem solving skills. This in-person session will be held both inside and outside. Wear comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes. Be prepared for an innovative and fun-filled learning experience.
