Because of COVID concerns, everyone attending must have a reservation (see more information below), must provide proof of vaccination, and is required to wear a mask covering their nose and mouth. Social distancing of 3 feet will be observed; therefore, seating will be limited. To make it possible for everyone to enjoy this event, the performances and worship service will also be livestreamed on our YouTube channel

For the safety of all, Balmoral Presbyterian Church’s COVID Taskforce has developed certain restrictions that will be required at the storytelling events:
  • Masks (covering both nose and mouth) must be worn at all times in the building.
  • Attendees must provide proof of COVID vaccination to be admitted to the event.
  • Attendees must maintain social distancing (3 feet for this event). Seats will be arranged to accommodate social distancing. Attendees may not move chairs.
  • Attendees must have made reservations for the event [see instructions below]. Because of the social distancing required, there may be limited seating.
  • There will be no intermission during the event.
  • There will be no sales of CDs, DVDs, etc.

Below are additional instructions regarding reservations:
To make a reservation, please email us at indicating
  • your name,
  • the number of persons for whom you are making reservations,
  • and which performances you want to attend.

We will have open seating. Because of the possibility of an excess of requests over our COVID-limited capacity, we will honor requests based on the date and time your request is received.

Please request your reservation as soon as possible. 
Our deadline for accepting reservation requests is November 3, 2021. 

We will reply to your emailed request indicating either that your reservation is confirmed or that we were unable to honor your request due to capacity limitation. Please retain our confirmation and bring it to the performance as proof of reservation. You may show us either the printed confirmation or the confirmation email on your device. And don’t forget to also bring your proof of vaccination.

If you do not have access to email, please mail your request to Balmoral Presbyterian Church, P. O. Box 17309, Memphis, TN 38187 with your name, address, phone number, and number of persons for whom you are making reservations, and which performances you want to attend. We will mail your confirmation back to you to bring to the performance. We will phone you if we are unable to honor your request due to seating limitations. We must receive your request by November 3, 2021.
