Through a specialized grant to the Brevard Schools Foundation from The Boeing Company, the first Boeing FUSE Studio will open in North Brevard at Madison Middle in Titusville on August 23. The Boeing Company will fund “FUSEing K-12 STEAM for Tomorrow’s Innovators,” a STEAM-integration project. This grant also enables Brevard Public Schools to partner with Northwestern University on FUSE projects.
Representatives from Boeing, FUSE and BPS will participate in the ribbon cutting and event activities. Students will be assigned FUSE challenges from Northwestern University, and participate in a robotics demonstration and a day of activities presented by GMiS (Great Minds in STEM) Viva Technology, a national K-12 education program.
