Rosen Publishing Group Announces Strategic Acquisition of Norwood House Press.
New York, NY — Rosen Publishing Group, a longtime leader in classroom and library publishing, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Norwood House Press, founded in 2005 by Patti Hall in the Norwood Park neighborhood of Chicago. Rosen assumes operating control of Norwood effective August 1, 2023.
Norwood House Press currently makes available over 2,000 titles to the institutional market in paper, hardcover and digital formats. This strategic acquisition marks Rosen’s continuing commitment to the educational market through acquisition and continued operation of quality education imprints whose reputation for excellence is widely recognized. Norwood also brings with it a dedicated team with a wealth of expertise that aligns perfectly with Rosen’s vision for growth and industry leadership.
Norwood House Press will continue to operate under its existing brand name, allowing customers to benefit from the same level of service and expertise they have come to expect.
