Today it was announced that the referendum to challenge the "Student Success Act" has been withdrawn.

"The Student Success Act – a culmination of the Joint Committee for Student Success’ roadshow last summer – would fully fund Measure 98, create an updated Student Investment Fund (formerly known as the School Improvement Fund), and increase access to high-quality early childhood education.

All of these investments are critical to helping more students across Oregon graduate high school, prepared for college, a career, or both," wrote Parasa Chanramy, Policy & Implementation Director on her Stand for Children blog about this legislation.
