Brooklyn, NY—We are deeply saddened about the passing of Joanne Seminara, Esq., and our hearts go out to her family, loved ones, and everyone in the community she touched.
Joanne was a lifelong community advocate with a strong moral compass who selflessly dedicated her life to uplifting the community, as a longtime member of Community Board 10, and an active parishioner of Saint Andrew the Apostle RC Church
Seminara was a tireless worker for human rights, especially human trafficking, using her three decades of legal acumen to help.
As a long-time District Leader (AD 64), her community will remember Joanne as a selfless champion, and despite disagreements, she was never disagreeable.
