Entries close for Bright Red Sparks 5pm Friday, 1 March 2019!

There are six categories to enter with something for everyone, and you can enter more than one category to increase your chances.

All you need to do is fill out a simple application form, complete a Business Model Canvas/You, and film a one minute video pitch. Our team is on hand to help, so get in touch if you would like some application feedback before you submit!
Fancy a trip to Germany? Want to increase your skills, learn more about entrepreneurship, while making life long friends?

The International Entrepreneurship Exchange, otherwise known as The Enterprise Challenge, is Edinburgh Napier's two-week entrepreneurial exchange programme with THM (The University of Applied Sciences) in Giessen, Germany.

The exchange is open to ALL Edinburgh Napier students based in Edinburgh - you don't have to be a business student! If you're an undergraduate, you can also apply for academic credit.
How can we build and sustain an economy that works for everyone?

Join us from 2pm - 4:30pm on Wednesday, 13 March 2019, at Edinburgh Napier's Craiglockhart campus to learn about how organisations are evolving and embracing the real challenges and complexity we face in the world today.

We will hear from sustainability experts, purpose-led entrepreneurs and cutting edge practitioners who work within the global movement to use business as a force for good.
Get paid for what you know! - Freelance workshop vol. 2

You have the skills, so why not get paid for them! We are delighted to be running a workshop to cover everything you need to know about how to take the plunge as a freelancer. In this workshop we'll cover everything from setting up as a freelancer to marketing your services and getting paid.

SURVEY: The impact of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Intentions

A final year Edinburgh Napier University student, Elena, is completing her dissertation on 'The impact of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Intentions'. As part of her research, Elena is asking undergraduate final year students to complete a survey with some questions about entrepreneurship. The results will be used to investigate the impact of entrepreneurial education on students' entrepreneurial intentions. If you are an undergraduate student in your final year, could you please complete the survey (link below). If not, could you please spread the word to anyone you know who is.

The Scottish Night on Thursday at Old St Paul's Church Hall

The Haggis Box, one of our BRT businesses, is hosting The Scottish Night. The theme of the evening is Scottish Music and Culture, so The Haggis Box have assembled a compete, piper, highland dancers, singer & traditional trio. Everyone will perform and then there will be some called ceilidh dancing (which people can either participate in, or watch!). At the end of the evening haggis, neeps and tatties will be served (optional with the ticket).
