Dear Parents,
Ho ho ho!
Our big musical festivities and our school celebrations are mostly behind us.
The Lessons and Carols have been sung by the fifth grade. The Grumpy Shepherd is no longer grumpy thanks to the first grade and all levels of choirs and bands entertained us with (mostly) Christmas music at our Winter Concert on Tuesday. In addition, the big blue spruce outside of the church was officially 'lit' last night with the help of the Knight boys and our teachers were celebrated at the rectory with our annual Christmas social hosted by the Home and School Association.'s only December 14.
Which is great news because it allows the last week of school to be a little more focused on other Christmas messages. We'll still have some celebrations (like Las Pasadas and the Polar Express) but we'll also finish our time before Christmas gathering together for a school Mass on Friday. It's a perfect way to celebrate as a school and to focus on the little baby Jesus...the heart of our religion and the heart of this school.

A Message From Your  Home & School Association

Dear Parents,

We did it! I am happy to report that we collected $26,565 for the Faculty & Staff Christmas Fund. Great job! Because of your generosity we are able to give our faculty and staff sizable Visa gift cards - bravo!

Now that 2018 is winding down, the HSA is winding up for the Spring Benefit! Below you will find ways to get involved and help out. Right now, we're looking for Benefactors. When you become a Benefactor, your donation goes directly to the Sister Rose Tuition Assistance Fund. HSA needs to raise at least $40,000 for this fund. So please consider being a Benefactor - it's a simple way to continue giving the gift of a Blessed Sacrament education to our children.

Thank-you for all you do! And please remember, I am always here for questions.

- MARCH 9, 2019 -

We hope you will join us  for the Olympic-themed BSS Games!  Every year the benefit is an incredibly fun party and wonderful way to support our special school! The money raised will improve school facilities and technology, enrich student activities and provide tuition assistance to BSS families.
  • Volunteer to help with this event. The Co-Chairs are Ashley Allen, Celine Delany, and Katie Krantz. Contact one of them TODAY and ask how you can HELP!
  • Sponsor the event! Your family, your business, or your employer can donate money and sponsor this fabulous event.
  • Donate an item or a service to the auction. Be creative! Some families get together and host "sign-up parties."
  • Becaome a Benefit Benefactor.  Details below...
Become a Benefactor and support the Sister Rose Tuition Assistance Fund, which helps Blessed Sacrament School families experiencing hardship with temporary financial aid so their children can continue to attend BSS. 100% of the Benefactor funds go to help BSS families in need. Thanks to the generosity of last year's Benefit Benefactors, the HSA was able to give $40,000 for tuition aid disbursement!
