PANEL: HOUSING TRENDS IN THE ANTELOPE VALLEY

On Thursday, BIA-LAV Director of Government Affairs, Diana Coronado, participated on the Antelope Valley's Women's Council of Realtors housing panel.
The panel, "Building in the Antelope Valley" focused on housing trends affecting the region. Supporting positive housing and building policies across all levels of government ensures an overall healthy regional economy.

LA COUNTY ART FEE HEARING DELAYED
|
|
The Art Fee Ordinance has been continued until April 2019, requested by the County Arts Commission. Last year, the RPC reviewed the countywide Art Fee Ordinance, and asked staff to draft an updated ordinance to include both affordable housing and residential development, and to provide more incentives for developers.
