9 am and 11 am Sunday School and Nursery Care

Nursery Care is available (birth to 3 yrs.) in our nursery.

Children four years old through 5th grades are invited to attend Sunday School.

You are invited for a weekend celebration of women, fellowship, and the ways we can make the world a better place! We have an excellent speaker, a great planning team, good food (lunches from Freedom A La Carte), a great mission activity making Menstrual Hygiene Kits for distribution through UMCOR. Make it a mother-daughter event, if you like. Registration for women under age 25 is free. Be a Bagel Benefactor

You now have the opportunity to give back in two different ways with Sunburst Hospitality:

(1) Be a Bagel Benefactor on Sunday mornings. This means you/your family will provide funds ($60.00) for a specific Sunday you have selected to sponsor the Sunday morning bagels. You may make your payment with a credit card online, by check to the church with "bagels" listed in the memo line, or by cash. You may also pay by text. Just text BEXLEYUMC $60 to 73256.

(2) Prep and serve the bagels. You/your family would need to arrive at the church kitchen no later than 8:30 am on the Sunday of your choice. Bagels will be in the kitchen, and you will need to arrange the bagels on trays and set the trays on the bagel counter. You will also provide assistance with coffee and other morning beverages along with keeping supplies stocked. You will receive a reminder on the Wednesday before the Sunday you have selected to serve. It will contain a link to a video with instructions on the "how to's" of bagel hospitality.

The Sunday after Easter, Sunday, April 7 Save the Date!

Join us for Combined worship at 11 am (Sanctuary) followed by the first annual BUMC Chili Cook-Off (Maloney Center). Start getting ready for the first annual BUMC Chili Cook-off. Assemble your chili cooking team. Pick a theme to decorate your space. Perfect your recipe. More details and team sign-up information to come.

You're Invited to join The Men's Prayer Breakfast

The Men’s Prayer Breakfast meets every Tuesday at 7 am at church. We read the Upper Room devotional and end around 7:30 am. All are welcome.

Tuesdays 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm

The Prayer Team Needs You

Have compassion for people's cares? We're looking for volunteers. You don't have to be a prayer warrior! It's like being popcorn - You wait for your moment and then speak up! We meet from 1:00 to 2:30 pm on Tuesday afternoon. We pray for intercession on those needs expressed in the Joys and Concerns and any other requests for well-being from the congregation. Women of Courage and Strength Prayer & Study Group

WOCS invites you to join them from 1:30 to 3:00 pm on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month for conversation, a prayer time and Bible study. WOCS meets at the church in the Palmer Study.
