Job Details:
*A minimum of 6-7 years' experience in an IT leadership role with at least 4-5 years
in Business Intelligence and Analytics. Experience in an established consulting firm
is a plus.
* Experience with Power BI (or similar tools), Azure, Data Lake, Data Warehouse and
relational databases is a must.
Provide oversight and direction to team members on day-to-day operational tasks.
* Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and deliver value-based data solutions
in alignment to business needs and departmental goals.
* Coach, mentor and develop team members.
* Foster a culture of teamwork and unity among team members that allows different
point of views, understanding and appreciation of diversity, and working effectively
together to enable individual and department success.
* Lead complex BI projects from inception to delivery.
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor deliverables and provide status updates.
* Lead Demand Management meetings with business partners and stakeholders in
order to determine priority and set user expectations.
* Plan, evaluate and improve departmental processes and procedures to enhance
speed, quality and efficiency.
* Collaborate with various teams across IT for alignment on processes, strategies, architectural designs,
roadmaps, priorities and resources.
* Provide support of existing applications and services provided by the Data Insights
& Analytics team.
* Build and maintain relationships with key business partners and Business
Relationship Managers.
* Additional responsibilities as identified.
