Portfolio in Tech Park sells for nearly $24M

City swears in first Marshals


SF Partners acquires properties in Tech Park


A Florida-based investment firm acquired four properties in Technology Park in August, all part of a portfolio selling for roughly $23.8 million. The second-largest sale in Metro Atlanta in Q3, SF Partners purchased 30, 35 Technology Parkway South and 190 ad 192 Technology Parkway from Terracap: a total of 247,208 square feet.


The company also owns 157 Technology Parkway and 155 Technology Parkway. SF Partners is a Real Estate investment firm that owns and operates commercial real estate primarily in the southeastern United States. SF Partners focuses on acquiring multi tenanted suburban office and flex product.



SF Partner's strategy has been to identify commercial buildings that have positive cash flow but where value can still be added through increasing occupancy, rental rates and reducing expenses. SF partners seeks to find properties that also provide the ability to obtain leverage and provide for strong cash on cash returns for investors.


The company previously purchased 157 Technology Parkway and 155 Technology Parkway.


America's Small Business Network (ASBN) opens in Peachtree Corners' Technology Park

ASBN, also known as America's Small Business Network, recently opened its doors in Peachtree Corners.


With its engaging videos, interviews with industry experts, and practical advice, ASBN helps small businesses stay ahead of the competition.


Jim and Bridget Fitzpatrick, who own the business, empower small business owners and entrepreneurs with the knowledge and resources needed to thrive in today's competitive business landscape. ASBN opened at 420 Technology Parkway Ste. 200.

Finnish delegation visits city and Curiosity Lab


A delegation of energy, technology and sustainability leaders visited the City of Peachtree Corners in October for several days, learning about area companies, Curiosity Lab, and about how the city developed. In addition to Curiosity Lab, they visited POND, Atlanta Tech Park, ASHRAE, Firebirds, and Ketterock Brewery. They observed a "great business ecosystem" and look forward to further collaboration.

City swears in first Marshals


During the City of Peachtree Corners’ Regular Council Meeting Tuesday, Nov. 14, Mayor Mike Mason swore in the City’s three new Marshals to the City’s newly established Marshal’s Office.


Sworn in were: Chief Marshal Edward Restrepo, Deputy Chief Marshal Johnnie L. Bing, Jr., and Captain Henry A. Mesa


The City Marshal Program has been implemented as a non-emergency “force multiplier” for the City of Peachtree Corners and will serve as the liaison with the Gwinnett County Police Department (GCPD). The GCPD will continue to serve as the first-line policing agency for the City of Peachtree Corners and will continue to lead all emergency response, dispatch, and 911 services. In the event of any emergency, residents should always dial 911.

New store at Forum offers unique scent experience


A fragrance retailer based in Auburn, AL, has opened a new pop-up location in Peachtree Corners. Located at 5161 Peachtree Parkway, the new store opened its doors Oct. 13. It offers a unique concept to this area.


Auburn Candle Company offers a custom fragrance experience in which scent stylists assist customers in crafting their preferred signature scent. Each customer has the option to use their signature scent in hand-poured candles, diffusers, wax melts, body scrubs and more.

Grant funds available to small businesses, restaurants, hotels


The Gwinnett Tourism, Arts, and Entertainment Grant Fund will provide limited funding to assist Gwinnett County-based organizations. Eligible organizations include:

  • 501(c)(3) arts and cultural organizations
  • Small business, for-profit tourism/arts/entertainment organizations (i.e., hotels, restaurants, breweries, inbound tour operators, receptive operators, film/TV production studios, for-profit arts organizations)

These funds are American Rescue Plan (ARP) federal grant funds received by Gwinnett County and are part of the final distribution of COVID-19 recovery funds. These funds will be administered, determined, and disbursed by Explore Gwinnett Tourism + Film. This is a reimbursement grant program.

  • Peachtree Square Holdings is renovating space at 6050 Peachtree Parkway for Vera Whole Health, a nearly $1M project.
  • Crawford congratulates 2023 Georgia ORBIE award finalists, including Crawford's Jemin Thakkar, chief information security officer.
  • A coffee shop is slated for a new space at 5450 Peachtree Parkway, although the name has not yet been made public.
  • Fleetcor Technologies vacated 31,264 square feet off Triangle Parkway to make way for further development of Intuitive Surgical's campus. Fleetcor moved to 25,244 square feet at 3550 Engineering Drive.

SWG Chamber and The Alliance partner to feed students


The Southwest Gwinnett Chamber is partnering with The Alliance of Norcross-Peachtree Corners and the City of Peachtree Corners to help feed local families this holiday season. The Norcross School Cluster counselors and social workers identified students whose only meal each day is the one provided by the school. For those businesses interested in supporting young students in challenging family situations, there are many ways to get involved. 'Generosity at Work' subject of talk


Join the SWGC for the First Friday Breakfast Dec. 1, at the Atlanta Northeast Hilton for a discussion about generosity at work. Keith Jennings, vice president of community impact at Jackson Healthcare will speak. He is responsible for the organization's multi-faceted charitable outreach, from deepening external partnerships to maximizing associate engagement in community service efforts.

Israeli startup deploys intelligent traffic control solution


Peachtree Corners, one of the nation’s first smart cities powered by real-world connected infrastructure and 5G, announced a partnership with ITC Intelligent Traffic Control Ltd (ITC), providing an agnostic software solution that can be applied to existing traffic infrastructure to measure traffic and predict and mitigate congestion before it occurs for a more safe, sustainable and efficient travel experience.


ITC will be partnering with Curiosity Lab to launch this solution for the first time in the United States and will be deploying the solution in select Peachtree Corners’ traffic intersections for demonstrations and testing.
