Alumni Medical Library Hours Update

Effective July 6 through Sept. 23, the Alumni Medical Library will be open Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. with in-person reference services operating from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

On Saturdays and Sundays, library hours and reference hours will be 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Outside of those hours, email refquest@bu.edu with any questions or consultation requests.

These hours extend to both the L1101 Testing Center and L1110 Computer Classroom. 

The BU Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center is accepting abstracts for the 2021 CTE Conference poster session. The call for posters is open to students of all levels, trainees, researchers and faculty involved in research related to Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, aging and related topics.

Poster abstracts are Aug. 25 and must be submitted online. Accepted poster presenters will be notified by Sept. 1

The Program for Early Research Career Development will provide a roadmap and targeted guidance for senior post-doctoral fellows and early career faculty (both MD and PhD) committed to launching an independent research career.

Registration is open for The Postdoc Academy's second online course, launching July 19 on edX. 

This course will help postdocs build foundational professional skills to launch them into their desired career pathway. They will be offering live discussions at different points in the course for postdocs to engage and network with professionals from various fields.
