June 21 - July 8: Enrollment for Duo for Office 365 In an effort to prevent phishing attacks, security breaches, and ransomware, BUMC IT is rolling out Duo for Office 365 across the Medical Campus, department by department. Enabling Duo for Office 365 secures our email with the same security software already used for BUWorks and Healthway. More details.

Department of Medicine Evans Days Abstract Submissions Open July 1 The Department of Medicine's Annual Evans Days are scheduled to take place Oct. 7-8. Abstract submissions for the poster session will open July 1 and close July 30. Learn more.

Committee Preference Survey   The Committee on Committees is seeking BUSM faculty members interested in serving on a committee or looking to renew their term. If interested, please complete the committee preference survey by Monday, July 19.    Note that not all committees need new members at this time but may need members in the future. Indicating interest does not guarantee participation.

June 15 - Aug. 1 | Inclusive STEM Teaching Project Online Course The Inclusive STEM Teaching Project, a National Science Foundation grant-funded program, is hosting a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) designed to advance the awareness, self-efficacy, and ability of STEM faculty, postdocs, graduate students, and staff to cultivate inclusive learning environments for all of their students. The course will run from June 15 through Aug. 1 with self-paced weekly content. Participants have the option to join synchronous learning communities while taking the course. Learn more.
