An application is available to help students on the Medical Campus find study space. This mobile-friendly website displays rooms that are available for study in real time.
Students may look for rooms in a specific building, date, time and room type (group study or individual). Students can control what they want to view, add rooms as favorites, set favorite rooms as the default home page and see detailed room attributes, such as AV & IT capabilities, seating arrangement, lighting and more. No login is required to access the site, but it cannot be used to reserve rooms.

Faculty Guidance for Masking While Teaching
-
If faculty choose to unmask in the auditoria while teaching, all faculty should remain masked until they arrive on stage, at the podium. This should be at least 12 feet from students.
- All faculty may unmask at the podium and should consider placing mask in a bag.
- Faculty should re-mask before allowing students to come to the podium for questions and let students know in advance that they should not approach the podium until faculty are masked.
- Faculty should remind students that they must continue to remain masked.
- Faculty closer than 12 feet to students in a teaching space should not remove their mask.
- Faculty are strongly recommended to test twice weekly if they are choosing to unmask, to further reduce the risk of transmission—regardless of vaccination status.
