| | Click on the Picture for more Information | | What time is it? It’s BUSY TIME! So many people going in so many different directions this month that it’s so hard for me to keep up. We have proms, graduations, end of the school year, vacations, cooler weather retreat homes, projects to begin or to finish, so much more that my mind is spinning. We’re being hit right now with some early “the heat is on” summer type days, so to me, it seems a lot later than just mid-May, and we’re just too busy to deal with the heat just yet, right?!?! After all, we have Jump Start Beginning Sewist Class this Saturday and Sunday, and Quilted Jackets to make next Monday and Tuesday (5-18 and 19). Not to mention that Memorial Day seems early this year: May 25! We’re busy, alright, but we still have time for lots of fun stuff and great projects to make. Like some of the aprons for barbeque, placemats for Memorial Day, door and wall hangings to celebrate the country’s 250th year, Route 66 fabrics for the 100th anniversary of Route 66, graduation quilts and wedding wonders, pillow covers for summer retreats, outdoor furniture pillows and throws…..see??? BUSY TIME!!! | | Click on the Picture for more Information | | If someone in your life is having a baby, we got in more flannels and minkees for those oh-so-soft blankets and baby things, more baby fabrics, more soft books for you to make and share with the young ones. We’ve rearranged (again) our fabrics, hopefully making things easier for you, like putting all the game-type fabrics on one shelf (what a novel idea that is!!!). So I found some new pickleball, bingo, cards, all the different types of gaming fabrics that involve balls (base-, foot-, tennis-, golf-, bowl-, etc.) and beer and wine, vege and fruit, and grouped them together.
