Registration for Butler Bear Club's starts this Friday, January 6 at 6pm. See below for instructions and the Activity List! **Please review as some corrections have been made to Activity Listing Schedule**

If you commit to being an aide or hall monitor before January 5, you can guarantee one spot for one kid in one club. A maximum of 4 seats from each club can be filled in this way, on a first-come basis. You may sign up for the volunteer position and preferred club using the Volunteer SignUpGenius, but then you must coordinate and get confirmation for this option by contacting us.

January 11 (6-8pm)

Our next Dine & Donate is scheduled for Wednesday, January 11 from 6-8pm at Owowcow in Chalfont. Mention Butler at checkout, and 20 percent will be donated to Butler! Click here for the flyer.

January 13 (time TBD)

Save the Date of Friday, January 13 for our popular Virtual Paint Night! Details to follow.

January 26 (5:30-7:30pm; Arrive at 5pm)

Cost: $22/child (includes jump time, socks, water and pretzel)

Registration is now open for Jump Night at Sky Zone in Chalfont on Thursday, January 26 from 5:30-7:30pm. Registration is easy as 1-2-3!

**Please note: All volunteer opportunities are subject to change based on District guidelines. We ask that you please refrain from cell phone usage during your volunteer shift. Unfortunately, younger siblings are no longer permitted to accompany volunteers. You must have your volunteer clearances completed prior to signing up for lunch duty.

In order to volunteer in the classroom, you must have current volunteer clearances through CBSD. ***Failure to gain CBSD volunteer credentials may prohibit your ability to support any upcoming parties.*** Questions? Contact Erin McCreary.

The process is EASY and all done online using the Volunteer Tracker App. Every CB volunteer will need to register, and upload their clearances.

Pennsylvania law requires all persons having direct contact with school children obtain background checks and clearances. Click here for the required clearances, along with links to the state’s websites.
