By Faith
By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible. (Hebrews 11:3)
The entire chapter of Hebrews 11 focuses on the faith of biblical people. First, faith is defined. Then the rest of the verses record how God's own people lived by faith.
Verse 3 through Verse 30 begin with two words: "By faith." The patriarchs and other people in the Old Testament are listed along with how faith played a major role in their accomplishments.
If you read the entire chapter, you will understand how the world was framed by the word of God so that the things that are seen were not made by things that are seen (Hebrews 11:3).
By the time you get to the end of Hebrews 11, you will want to add your name to the list along with some major things you have accomplished by faith.
