Erik Hendrickson
Senior Wealth Advisor, Northern Trust

As Wealth Advisor for the Los Angeles region of Northern Trust, Erik specializes in the development and implementation of financial, estate and tax plans for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, senior executives and wealthy families. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Erik was with J.P. Morgan as an Executive Director and Wealth Strategist and Director with Bernstein Global Wealth Management. Erik is the chair of the board of directors of Partners for Potential and a mentor for the Career Advantage Program at the Marshall School of Business at USC. Erik and his wife Kelly reside in Redondo Beach, where they enjoy an active lifestyle with their three boys.

Kristina Jakstys
Senior Wealth Strategist, Northern Trust

Kristina is based in Los Angeles and works with high net worth individuals and families, corporate executives and businesses owners overseeing investment management, banking, trust and estate planning, as well as succession planning, ensuring assets and debts are being put to their best use. Prior to she oversaw the Sponsor Finance credit portfolio and new business development efforts assisting private equity firms with corporate banking, fund administration and wealth advisory solutions. A Chicago native, Kristina currently resides in Santa Monica and serves on the Women’s Leadership Council, Make-A-Wish Foundation Advisory Board and enjoys hiking, skiing, and adding new stamps to her passport.
