Repair and Maintenance Notes

Roundabout Paving

Later this week, a crew will begin installing pavers in the inner circle of the roundabout near Babcock Neighborhood Schools. This work is expected to begin Thursday and may take up to two weeks to complete. At that point, the contractor will add a layer of asphalt to the outer circle during evening hours. Please slow down in the area and be prepared for possible detours.

Villa Roof Repairs

Roof repairs will begin next week on the villas at Trail’s Edge, where hurricane damage occurred in September. Units with the most damage will be repaired first. The process may take up to four weeks. We will contact affected residents with more information.

Splash Pad Closure

Over the next week, we'll be doing routine maintenance to the splash pad at Founder's Square. We expect to reopen it by next weekend.

Please remove all holiday decorations from your property as soon as possible.

Free Healthy Life Classes

Babcock Ranch Residential Association offers a schedule of fitness classes in partnership with the Lee Health Healthy Life Center. These classes are FREE to all residents. (Membership in HLC is NOT required.) Please see the updated schedule and program format for 2022.

Every Wednesday: Aqua Class, 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
