DEVELOPMENT UPDATE
Midtown Ushers in New Neighborhoods, Thousands of Homes and Amenities
COMING SOON: Work is underway at Midtown, which will feature a next-generation town center for dining, offices, shops and apartments set around a seven-acre village green.
Midtown: Inspired by Nature

Babcock Ranch embarks on its next phase of development with the introduction of Midtown and the closing of the first six neighborhood parcels offering thousands of new single-family homes, including new builders, tucked along Curry Creek Preserve, lakes and an expansive village green.

Inspired by Babcock Ranch’s natural landscape, Midtown layers in outdoor recreation, a 3.5-mile linear park with 50 acres of connecting parks, and a next-generation town center for dining, offices, shops and apartments set around a seven-acre village green.

Midtown’s new single-family neighborhoods and builders include The Sanctuary, offering 476 homes by William Ryan Homes, a family-operated builder founded in 1992, and the 291-home Creekside Run featuring modern farmhouse architecture by Southwest Florida-based Christopher Alan Homes.

Additional neighborhoods include Pulte Homes’ Verde, Regency by Toll Brothers, Meritage Homes’ Crescent Lakes, and Palmetto Landing by D.R. Horton.
