Located on Curry Preserve Drive between Telegraph and Lake Bullhorn parks, the 25-acre community will offer 242 townhomes with three and four bedrooms, up to three full bathrooms and eight floor plans spanning 1,522 to 2,024 square feet of living space.

Wildlife Photo of the Week: Fox Squirrel
NUTS ABOUT SQUIRRELS: A Sherman's Fox Squirrel as photographed by resident Richard Kinley from the Dr. Bill Hammond Trail. This species spend more time on the ground than in trees.
This Squirrel Prefers Ground to Trees
Frequent contributor Richard Kinley sent us another winning shot this week for our Wildlife Photo of the Week contest. He took this shot of a Sherman's Fox Squirrel from the Dr. Bill Hammond Trail.
According to Babcock Ranch Environmental Mitigation Manager Christina Kontos, this species, known formally as Sciurus niger, is found in open woods, pine stands, cypress stands, and mangrove swamps. Of the four subspecies found in Florida, two are listed as protected. That includes Sherman's Fox Squirrel (Scirurus niger shermani), a species of special concern. This species can weigh from 1 – 3 pounds, which is larger than the common eastern gray squirrel.
The name comes from its comparatively large size and appearance as a small fox when running along the ground, as they spend more time on the ground than in trees.
