the Residences at Forest Glen

Built in the 1950s, the existing garden style apartments located at the corner of Georgia Avenue and Belvedere Blvd. in the Forest Glen Neighborhood, are obsolete, and cost is prohibitive to repair.
County Executive Marc Elrich, County Council President Evan Glass, MHP President Robert Goldman and other community leaders will speak about the impact and importance of this project. Refreshments will also be provided.

New Chamber member Kareemah Weans Woodard, founder of The Well Fit Pro LLC and creator of Barre Bootcamp with Kareemah, is excited to share this amazing fitness program with the community.
Barre Bootcamp with Kareemah is a unique fusion fitness experience with movements from yoga, Pilates, dance fitness and HIIT (high-intensity interval training) programs.
- She creates an energizing playlist, to stay engaged and empowered throughout the class as you build body confidence at the barre or on the mat.
- All fitness levels are welcome! Plus, no class is ever the same!
