JNESO HAS REQUESTED IMPACT BARGAINING WITH MANAGEMENT TO DISCUSS THE COVID VACCINATION MANDATE
We have reached out to management to meet and discuss the impact of the vaccination mandate. At this time we are awaiting dates from management.
MANAGEMENT OFFERS VACCINATION INCENTIVE
Management is offering regular full, part-time, and per diem employees who are fully vaccinated and actively at work, a $50 gift card. Each employee who has been fully vaccinated provided proof of vaccination status (i.e. a copy of their vaccination card) to the human resources department is eligible for the bonus.
 
Any employee who has not yet submitted documentation is encouraged to do so by September 1st.
 
Each employee who successfully becomes fully vaccinated by September 30, 2021, is also eligible for the $50 gift card. The requirements are as follows:

a. Initial vaccination must be received by September 1st and be fully vaccinated by September 30th.

b. Proof of initial and full vaccination must be submitted to human resources to be eligible for a gift card. Submit documentation following each dose with final documentation submitted no later than October 15th.
 
Gift card distribution will begin by the end of August or early September for qualifying employees with distribution to subsequent qualifiers following receipt of final documentation.

Gift cards for employees on leave of absence who meet the qualifications will occur in conjunction with their return to work and after submission of documentation.
