Milwaukee Valve's F20 Series Ball Valves
With today's flow-control requirements, more engineers and systems designers in the commercial and process industries are requesting valves that provide maximum flow conditions for their applications. Milwaukee Valve's
F20 series full-port, 2-piece, split-body flanged ball valves provides the highest possible flow-capacity and the lowest pressure-drop for demanding flow-control applications, such as HVAC, chemical processing, and general flow control applications.
The F20 series provides the following features:
2-piece bolted body.
Full-port construction in either class 150 or 300 flanged ends.
Size range from 1-inch to 12-inch.
Available materials are WCB carbon steel or CF8M stainless steel.
Fully compliant to ASME B16.34.
Fully compliant to API 608.
API 607 6th Edition, fire-safe.
All models are NACE MR0175 complaint.
Tested to API 598 for "0" allowable leakage in the full operating pressure range.
stem packing system for leak-free cycle life.
A vent hole in the ball slot and grooves in the outside diameter of the seat allow pressure equalization in the ball cavity area.
Cantilever seat design for reduced operating torque.
Standard ISO actuator mounting pads on all sizes for ease of automation.
Standard OSHA-compliant locking handles.
Second-generation NXT 75 PTFE seats provide higher operating temperatures, with optional seat material for 250 psi steam services @ 406° F.
Standard electrically-grounded ball & stem.
All sizes use ASTM-grade body studs & nuts for valve integrity and
ease of seat and seal replacement, if required.
