On August 16, Unity Lutheran Christian Elementary School in East St. Louis opened for the 19th year of mission and ministry. This unique school opened in 2003 with three students and grew to 180 within ten years. Last year, because of Covid restrictions, enrollment dipped to 145 students. Many families returned this year, many new students enrolled, and the number of students now stands at 175. Praise the Lord!

"Let Your Light Shine!" The mission of Unity has always been to let the Light of Christ shine in the lives of the students, staff, and families. With the support of hundreds of concerned Christian partners, God has used Unity spread His Word in a consistent, intentional manner.
