DCCA News
  • On March 20th DCCA published a special edition of its bi-monthly newsletter to help connect neighbors with additional news, information (and respite) as the public health emergency unfolded. In the months that followed we kept up a weekly newsletter schedule, provided grants to local organizations helping those in need, and offered up online social programming and ideas to keep spirits up and neighbors connected. As we enter August we will be returning to our every two weeks schedule. Rest assured, we will continue to pack our DCCA "eblast" with news and info while continuing our advocacy work supporting Dupont Circle.

  • There is an August 13th deadline for comments on the Notice of Intent (NOI) on the proposed 17th Street bike lane. Thanks to DCCA Members for your response to our working draft. We will be filing our comments next week.
DC COVID-19 Updates and Response
As always you can find the DC Government's COVID-19 informational update here. The page contains continually updated news, resources, testing sites and data on the public health emergency.

  • The Mayor's August 5th Situational Update gives information on testing sites, current metrics on community spread and important reminders about keeping up with children's wellness checks and standardized vaccines, like the measles, during this time.

The update can be found here.
