Your Word is Completely Trustworthy

Scripture: Psalm 119:137-152
Rev. Kimberly Gingrich

When life feels uncertain, God's Word remains faithful. Psalm 119:137–152 invites us to trust in God's unchanging truth and find hope in His enduring promises. Join us on Sunday as Pastor Kim continues our journey through Psalm 119.

Thank You Elizabeth D'Agostino!

TRANSITIONING TO THE NETHERLANDS

We are grateful for Elizabeth and her faithful service at Hillcrest over the past year as our Administrative Assistant. Today, she and her family began their move to the Netherlands, where she will continue her graduate studies.

Please pray for Elizabeth, Tise’, Sophia, and Lucas as they travel, wait for their visas to be finalized, sell their home, and look for permanent housing.

We are thankful for the ways Elizabeth has served Hillcrest and supported our missions and outreach ministries. We are excited to see how God leads their family in this next chapter.

Life Groups Launching in August (formerly Small Groups)

SUN AUG 16 / 9 & 10:45AM SANCTUARY & LOBBY

Our mission is Pursuing New Life Together in Jesus, and we believe faith grows best in community. That's why we have Life Groups—places where people build meaningful relationships, grow in faith, pray together, ask honest questions, and encourage one another as they follow Jesus. Some of life's most meaningful moments of growth happen not only on Sundays, but also around tables, in living rooms, and in everyday life together.

Join us on Sunday, August 16, as we share more about Life Groups and how you can get connected. We can't wait to help you find your place!

Serve Team Kick-Off 2026

AUG 30 5-7:30PM / SNACKS & CHILDCARE PROVIDED

A new ministry year is beginning, and we'd love for you to be part of it! Whether you're already serving on a team or exploring where God may be calling you to serve, this night is for you. We'll worship together, celebrate what God has done, cast vision for the year ahead, and connect with one another over snacks and conversation.

If you're already part of a serve team, come be encouraged, refreshed, and ready for the season ahead. If you're looking for a place to serve, a breakout session will help you begin exploring your spiritual gifts and where you might find your place at Hillcrest.

Every gift matters. Every generation has a place. Together, we help people pursue new life in Jesus.

Childcare provided, please RSVP by Wednesday, August 26

Prayers for Our Nicaragua Mission Trip

Thru Aug 7 / RIVAS, NICARAGUA

Please keep our team in Rivas, Nicaragua, in your prayers as they serve alongside our mission partner, Anna Angulo of Merge Ministries. Please pray that God would give us humble hearts that build meaningful relationships, and help us faithfully join the Lord in the wonderful work He is already doing in the hearts of the beautiful people of Nicaragua. We know God is already at work in Nicaragua, and it is a privilege to partner with Him as we pursue new life together in Jesus, trusting that He will use everything for His glory.
