Back to School Blowout

The Waters at Bluff Springs management team hosted a fun Back to School event for their residents. Around 80 people showed up to eat pizza, snow cones, and popcorn, and watch a movie out on the lawn. During the evening the team gave out school supplies, including backpacks and folders. Community Manager Tatiana Robbins said, "What I enjoy most about my job is helping people and making them happy. Seeing a smile on their face and knowing that I contributed to it."

It's been a hot, happy summer!

The Westfield student housing management team led by Community Manager Yvette Garcia celebrated 100% pre-leases for fall! This means over 180 students found a fantastic place to call home during the school year.

Westfield also hosted a summer BBQ event where residents could eat and hang out by the pool. The team does a great job of building a sense of community and connection with the residents.

Scholarship Recipient Updates

We recently received this kind note from one of our Atlantic Housing Foundation Scholarship recipients:

2023 INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

This year Atlantic Housing launched an internship program, with six interns working at the Dallas corporate office during the summer. They honed their skills in asset management, accounting, development, human resources, property management, and construction. Internship experiences included an on-site visit to two of our local apartment communities, lunch with Atlantic Housing CEO Michael Nguyen, a day of volunteer service at Heart of the City in Lewisville, and much more. They worked hard and we loved having them around the office. To Pooja, Siddarth, Lizzy, Amani, Maricarmen, and Devon - thanks for making it a great summer!
