New Student Portal

The Lancaster City School District has implemented a new student information system for the 2022-2023 school year. In previous years, we used Progressbook. We are now using PowerSchool.

PowerSchool provides a parent portal to view your student's information such as their schedule, fees, grades, and more. The portal will also be used to update student information and to sign off on required documents and agreements. Parent portal access letters will be distributed at the open house and/or the first week of school.

Mobile Immunization Clinic

The Fairfield Community Health Center's Mobile Immunization Clinic will be held at Lancaster High School during the Back-to-School Family Kickoff Event on Monday, August 22 from 6-7:30 p.m.

You will need to bring the following items:
  • Your photo id
  • A copy of your child's insurance card
  • Your child's immunization records
Free and Reduced Lunch Program Application

In order to receive free and reduced lunch this year, families must fill out the application.

This form will also determine if your family qualifies to have eligible school fees waived.

Make sure you also complete the Fee Waiver “House Bill 1 Form" in the student update portal information.

If you have additional questions, please visit our Lancaster City Schools Food Service Department Facebook page or the department page on our website.
