Now Hiring: PART-TIME TEMPORARY FACILITIES & more
OLG is looking for a temporary part-time facilities assistant to work with Sal for approximately three months starting in late August. Duties will include cleaning and light handyman work. Training provided $16-$18 hour. Please contact Sal or call 206-935-0358

REGISTER TODAY for Loop the 'Lupe!

Loop the 'Lupe, OLG's annual obstacle course 5K, will be back in action on Sunday, August 29th!

We're excited to have a live & in-person event at Walt Hundley Playfield. Remember, there's something for everyone, from our obstacle course to our Youth Dash for kids 8 and under to our famous walking event, the "Senior Saunter," for people age 65 and up. Plus, we'll have live music, food, drinks, and a beer garden.  Go to www.loopthelupe.com and GET IN THE LOOP! 

The OLG class with the most participation will win an ice cream party!

Volunteer Opportunities
This event is not possible without our amazing volunteers. If the race isn't your thing then volunteer the day of and watch the fun. There are also opportunities prior to event day. LOTS of volunteers needed. There is something for everyone!!! Sign up now

By volunteering, you get to participate in an amazing local event, get volunteer hours, and help the PO raise funds towards our annual goal which helps keep school tuition costs down.

Get an early start on your 2021-2022 commitment hours:

5:30-6:30 pm

6:00-7:00 pm

Grades K-8 - The Uniform Exchange will be open!
  • To request uniform pieces, contact Erin Pedras with approximate size/age of child and which uniform pieces you are seeking. Don't know what to pick? Check out uniform summary and sizing from the manufacturer.
  • Drop off your child’s outgrown uniforms at the office or at the event. GENTLY USED pants, jumpers, skirts, etc. No white shirts please unless new or barely used.

* Preschool/Pre-K Families - ELC Family Orientation is mandatory for new students in Preschool/Pre-K. Please arrange for your own child care. If you cannot attend the Aug 25th orientation, contact Janet McClelland.

NOON Dismissal for all students (no after care the first day)

Please pick up your student at 12:00 pm

Parent Organization
Simply by being a parent or OLG family, you are automatically part of the Parent Org! Join us Tuesday, Aug 10th 6:30 pm via zoom for our monthly meeting!

School Summer Office Hours
Starting August 9th our office hours will be Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm or by appointment.
