On this day we will have the Blessing of the Backpacks at our 9am and 11am Masses, as well as our Back-to-School Family Lunch following the 11am Mass. This is also the day you'll be able to visit your child's classroom and drop off supplies (K2 - 8th Grade). Full details on our back to school events are on our website.

For additional information about our new teachers, as well as updated information for all things back-to-school, see our Back-to-School Kickoff Guide.

New Family + New to K5 Orientation

Sunday, August 9th at 12:45pm

New families are invited to join us in the Adult Education Room at 12:45 p.m. for a brief presentation before visiting classrooms for supply drop-off and meet the teacher. Welcome packets will be available for each new family. Current families transitioning from preschool to kindergarten, should also plan to attend this meeting. Staff will be on-hand to answer questions you might have about uniforms, carpool, and arrival/dismissal procedures.

Carpool: Drop-off and Pickup Procedures

Parents should take time to review our drop-off and pickup procedures, as well as the carpool map, available in our Back-to-School Kick-off Guide. A couple of things to note:

  • The City of Mobile provides a traffic officer that is stationed at Hillcrest and McKenna. We recommend using this entrance to campus due to the assistance of the traffic officer.
  • Carpool hangtags will be available at Meet the Teacher and Supply Drop Off.
