Chef John Hellmers graduated from the Institute of Culinary Arts in NYC at age 22. After working in fine dining restaurants for six years, Chef John moved to California and sought opportunities to further develop his own creativity. He found himself working with a holistic doctor where he learned the core benefits of how food can impact ones’ health. Traveling the world to places like Korea, Italy, Thailand, Hawaii, and Spain, he was able to prepare food and teach clients the importance of healthy eating.
