Back to School Soon!
Hard to believe it is time to head back to school. The summer seems like it was over in a blink. Going back to school this year seems to be a mixed bag as I talk to both students and teachers. There is a great deal of stress and anxiety on all fronts - students, teachers, and parents.

In early September (starting September 10th) I will be offering a one-hour free webinar to help introduce some of the simple HeartMath techniques to help manage stress and anxiety. Please help spread the word to anyone you know with teenage kids that are experiencing stress or anxiety so we can help these families have a better year! The webinar is designed for both students and parents to attend together.

I attached a short video of the horses in a fun moment. It would be so great if we could all learn from them and the whole world could experience a collective backscratch!

Both kids are parents are invited to attend this free webinar. You will be introduced to a very simple technique designed to be used on the go, in the moment to help reduce stress and anxiety. The same webinar will be presented multiple times. Please feel free to invite friends to attend.

In October I will offer a half-day workshop where we can take a deeper dive into more tools and techniques, and transforming stress in teens.
