Volunteer Opportunity:
Annual Giving CLASS CAPTAIN
This Class Captain service opportunity for the Annual Giving Fund is communicating information and progress to your class via email and phone calls. Throughout this school year you will be updating the class reminding them to donate and become a part of this important fund and track the class's progress. Class Captains are volunteers to help educate everyone on Annual Giving and how it is helping to bridge the gap between tuition and the actual cost to educate our students. The goal is to reach $100,000 and have 100% of the school families, faculty and staff participate. If you are interested in volunteering for this worthy cause, please contact our Annual Giving Chair, Courtny Mouzakis at [email protected] or the Advancement Office at [email protected] or 714-846-2472 ext 115.
PARENT TRAINING on H.E.R.O.

As we are all painfully aware, we live in a day and age where violence in schools is seemingly an everyday occurrence. And while St. Bonaventure prides itself on being a safe and fun learning environment for your kids, we’re always looking for ways to improve our security and readiness for any event. Last year, St. Bonaventure implemented the HERO program in TK-8th grade. This year we continue the training and focus on developing safe thinkers. Your child will develop and build upon the skills they learned last year and will be empowered through age-appropriate activities, stories, classroom discussions, journaling, and student-parent discussions.

We invite you to attend a virtual parent’s meeting being held on Wednesday, September 13 at 10:30 am via Zoom. There, you’ll be able to learn more about the program, how it’s worked at schools across the country, and ask questions directly from the CEO Adam Coughran.
