Welcome parents and families of DWS students! Enclosed in this email you will find all the pertinent and important information for the coming school year. Please be aware that some forms and documents are needed prior to the first day of school. Those forms are included in this email as downloadable documents or links to online forms. We will be gardening, organizing, and cleaning up our beautiful 5-acre campus. From one hour to three, any time you can contribute is much appreciated.

New Parent Orientation

COVID GUIDLINES, SY: 22-23

We are currently reviewing and updating the school's COVID policies and procedures. A separate email with the updated COVID Guidelines for the 2022-2023 School Year will be shared before the end of the month.

REQUIRED FORMS (TO BE RETURNED)

Below are all the Back-to-School forms we ask families to complete and return to the office.

Please fill out all applicable forms and submit them to the office before August 31st

(unless otherwise noted on the form).

The contracts for June Bug (PK & Kinder) and Sunflower (1st - 4th) Aftercare must be submitted by August 31st. Drop-in care is NOT available during the first two weeks of school, so a contract must be on file in order for care to be provided.

Digital copies of forms can be emailed to [email protected].

Physical copies of forms can be dropped off at the office at the front desk OR

in the secure drop box to the left of the office door outside of office hours.

Summer Office Hours: 9 AM - 1 PM , Mon. - Thur.
