Back to School Starts Here

A new school year brings new opportunities—but it can also bring new stress. Whether you're preparing a young child for their first day, helping a teen adjust to a new routine, or sending a college student off to campus, taking care of mental health is just as important as packing school supplies.

This month, we're sharing resources to help students and families start the school year feeling supported, healthy, and prepared.

Supporting Student Athletes Beyond the Game

Sports can build confidence, discipline, and teamwork—but they can also bring unique pressures around performance, nutrition, and body image.

In our latest blog, we explore the connection between athletics and eating disorders, including warning signs to watch for and how parents, coaches, and athletes can help create healthier environments where performance never comes at the expense of well-being.
