Manager's Message
Summer is waning and school is beginning! Time to enjoy these final hot days, prep for school and get outdoors. Here are some helpful reminders:

  • Reporting to Security -
  • If you see an ongoing crime or emergency, please contact 911.
  • Other incidents can be reported to Salishan Security 253-223-7552 during their onsite hours Monday-Friday 1pm-4am and Saturday-Sunday 4pm-4am. Calls outside of these hours will be directed to voicemail.
  • The City of Tacoma also offers 311 services 24/7 to report things like abandoned cars, burnt out street lamps, illegal dumping, non-violent crimes, and more.
  • To report activities in Swan Creek Park and the Roosevelt Community Garden, please contact Metro Park's security group Seattle's Finest 253-225-1056.
  • Yard Care - Summer heat is still hanging around and so is our drought. Please remember to water your lawns.
  • Leash Your Pets! - Salishan's CC&Rs require all pets to be walked on a leash. This is for the safety of all our residents and to prevent being fined or reported to Animal Control.
