What's Good, Culver City?

On August 11, your favorite city council member voted to instruct city staff to draft a resolution redirecting $2.5M from capital improvement project funds to CCUSD this fiscal year. This unanimously directed resolution is expected to be addressed at the next council meeting on September 8. The district's future year requests for financial partnership as well as safe routes to school, GoPass, and joint use agreement are topics that are expected at a future council meeting. Thank you so much to all of our council members and city staff for the work and care they put into this item.

This topic is far from over, stay tuned for more ways to advocate for school funding!
