Fullest movement potential starts with natural posture

BackTpack's products train fullest movement potential by enhancing natural posture with everyday carrying. Natural posture is the body's most efficient response to loads on the vertical axis. BackTpack bags and tumpline load axially, training optimal posture for optimal movement.

Train natural posture and reduce fatigue while carrying a backpack with Tumpline Trainer

Tumpline Trainer transfers backpack loads toward your body’s vertical axis for a safer, more efficient and healthy carrying experience.

Spinal Health Tip:

How to get your head even higher

Sit or stand tall. Then reach your hands down as far as you can into the seat or toward the floor as you keep your head high. You will experience the connection your head and neck have with the rest of your body and how lengthening the head and neck helps lengthen the entire spine. Think "beyond vertical." Strengthen this movement with the Tumpline Trainer.

BackTpack products discussed in new book

We are grateful to Dr. Jader Tolja and Ms Nelleke Don, of the Association for Body Conscious Design for including us in their book "Corporate Mode Mente", in English, "Body Fashion Mind". It illustrates our body's response to what we wear. The healthy response is the vertical one which is strengthened by an axial load, as with BackTpack and the Tumpline Trainer.
