What a summer it has been at The Village!

We have been working hard in the theatre with our ACT Summer Collaborations, and we do hope you got the chance to see them too.

Our office has also been busy to get our season booklets out to our subscribers and finally have been sent out late last week. Please read our update about season subscriptions below!

In addition to sending out the new season booklets, we have also updated our website! If you haven't been on there already, check it out, and let us know what you think! 

It's been a wild summer, but we are thrilled to celebrate our 65th season this coming fall and we hope you will join us!

2022-23 season subscriptions update

We sincerely apologize for the delay in getting our season booklets out to you, but we are happy to announce they were sent out last week, and should be arriving in your mailbox soon.

Once you receive your booklet, you will be able to select your type of subscription and send it back to the box office for processing, but if you are ready to purchase a subscription, you can call the box office to purchase over the phone!

Please note: Ticket orders will be filled based on first come first served.

All Sales Are Final. 

*Online tickets and subscriptions will be available Monday, August 15th*

Also please note, Row A will remain blocked off this next season to ensure enough space between the actors and audience.

"In Ira Levin’s classic comedic thriller, Deathtrap, a washed-up playwright finds a chance to rise to the top once more, a shot he’d be willing to kill for. Sidney Bruhl hasn’t written a hit play for 18 years when he receives a script from a former student, Clifford Anderson, that’s a guaranteed success. His wife, Myra, suggests the two men could collaborate; Sidney jokes that it’d be just as easy to murder the young man and steal the script for his own. When Clifford arrives later that evening, no one--not even the visiting psychic--could predict where the dark events of the night will go. Who is innocent? Who only seems that way? Deathtrap is a sharply funny play full of twists and turns that keep an audience on the edge of their seats. Is anyone really safe when a man sees a clean shot at success?"

For one weekend only in December, The Village Players Theatre will be presenting It's A Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play by Joe Landry. 

"This beloved American holiday classic comes to captivating life as a live 1940s radio broadcast. With the help of an ensemble that brings a few dozen characters to the stage, the story of idealistic George Bailey unfolds as he considers ending his life one fateful Christmas Eve." -Playscripts

Performance Dates: 

Friday Dec. 9th at 8pm

Saturday Dec. 10th at 2pm and 8pm 

Sunday Dec. 11th at 2pm

Special Ticket Prices: 

2022-23 Season Subscribers are able to purchase tickets for this show at $10 per ticket until Tuesday, November 29th. This can only be done by contacting the box office via phone or email. 

For non-subscribers, you can buy tickets in advance online for $15 per ticket until Tuesday, November 29th. 

After November 29th, tickets for this Christmas show will be $20 per ticket online and at the door.
